9th of July: Start at 5 am
For the 800 toughest among all mountain bikers the kick-off for the 19th Salzkammergut Trophy is at 05:00 at daybreak. Incredible 211 km and 7.049 altitude difference are waiting to be attacked by the participants of Europe’s longest mountain bike marathon!
For this challenge diehard pros like last year’s winner and track record holder Andreas Seewald from team Centurion Vaude from Germany, last year’s runner up and 2012 winner Ondřej Fojtík from the Czech Republic as well as the Wolfgang Krenn from Austria and 2011 winner have signed up!
At the women’s competition both last year’s winner Milena Cesnaková and Jana Skrbková are going to be at the start. However, this year both Czech ladies will face tough competitors: Austrian Vice Marathon State Champion and Masters-Europe Champion Sabine Sommer from Neumarkt, Upper Austria as well as Katja Walz from Germany, winner of the 54 km respectively 60 km distances the past three years.
Except of the courses A and C, online-registration is still possible for all other competitions! Upon slots availability entry will be open up to one hour before the event.

61 sign-posted day tours with various difficulty levels with more than 1.500 km – biking paradise Salzkammergut! It’s rather hard to pass the crystal-clear lakes and the cozy cottages.. The new guide book (1:50 000) by Schubert & Franzke presents and describes all different bike tours on 17 handy single maps. The map (1:75 000) of the Dachstein Circuit is provided for free!

Watch out: Sportograf will be again in action with 14 photographers during the marathon on Saturday and also with a team at the SCOTT Junior-Trophy on Sunday!
As of Monday evening more than 100.000 pictures and videos are going to be ready for download on www.sportograf.de! In the finish area there is a special Sportograf-Tent for finisher pictures in studio quality! So just come in and smile!

MAVIC, SCOTT, Genesis, Conway, Kellys Bicycles, 4sports, Continental, Haibike, Shimano, Connex, Emobility Steyr, Cooolsports und Sapim Spokes open their service booths at the expo on Friday from 10 am and Saturday already from 07 am! For a bike chain service, just drop by at the F100 expo stand.
